WHY MARIGOLD SPEECH THERAPY?
Do you ever find yourself wondering how to have your child arrive to various therapy appointments on time? Have you ever been disappointed you have to drive 30 minutes for a 30 minute appointment? Marigold Speech Therapy works to remedy those issues by having speech therapy come to you. We can address early speech language delays, articulation errors, fluency, literacy, etc. for up to 1 hour per session depending on the needs of your child.
HOW TO START
Determining the right plan of care for your child usually looks like the following:
FIRST
Schedule a quick 15-minute phone call to discuss your child's speech and language concerns. From this phone call, we will determine whether to simply do a speech-language screening for your child or a comprehensive speech-language evaluation.
NEXT
Your child will participate in either a language screening, which highlight areas of concern and determine if a comprehensive speech-language evaluation is necessary. However, if after the initial consultation phone call a comprehensive evaluation is required, the screener will be skipped altogether.
THEN
You will receive a report regarding the areas of concern in your child's speech and language. You will also work with me to determine the best treatment structure for your child, including length of session, frequency of sessions, and/or home program requirements.
FINALLY
You and your child be seen in-home for regular treatment session as previously determined. Progress reports will be given every 4 weeks, or sooner if requested!
