Refund & Cancellation Policy

We're here to support you! Let's keep things simple and fair!

At Marigold Speech Therapy, we know that life can be unpredictable, especially when you're juggling therapy, school, work, and everything in between. We’re committed to being flexible and understanding, while also making sure we can support all our families and keep sessions running smoothly.

Here’s how our refund and cancellation policy works:

🌟 Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

We totally get it, sometimes things come up! If you need to cancel or move your session, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you cancel or reschedule 24+ hours in advance, there’s no charge, and we’ll happily find a new time that works for you.
If it’s less than 24 hours or you miss the session, we’re not able to offer a refund, as we’ve set that time aside just for you.

💳 Refunds for Individual Sessions

We do our best to make every session a positive and productive experience. While we generally don’t offer refunds for completed sessions, if you ever feel something didn’t go quite right, please reach out! We want to hear from you and make it right where we can.

🎁 Prepaid Packages

If you’ve purchased a bundle of sessions in advance:

You can request a refund for unused sessions within 14 days of purchase.
If you’ve already used a few sessions, we’ll refund the remaining balance (minus a small admin fee of $50 (just to cover processing costs).

We’ll always be as fair and flexible as possible!

📚 Digital Resources & Downloads

Since our digital products (like worksheets, programs, or guides) are instantly accessible, we’re not able to offer refunds once they’ve been opened or downloaded. Thanks for understanding!

👩‍⚕️ If Your Therapist Cancels

If for any reason we need to cancel your session, don’t worry, we’ll reach out right away and either:

Reschedule at a time that works for you, or
Provide a full refund if you prefer.
